Each class is structured around proven training methodologies, including high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit-based strength work, and bootcamp-style conditioning. Sessions are designed to challenge every fitness level — our coaches provide scaling options and modifications so that beginners and experienced athletes can train side by side, each working at their own appropriate intensity.

Classes run on a regular weekly timetable across our Melbourne locations, with sessions available in the morning, at lunchtime, and in the evening. All equipment is provided — just bring your water bottle, a towel, and the willingness to work hard. Whether you are looking to burn fat, build functional strength, or simply break out of a solo-training rut, our group sessions deliver variety, intensity, and results.
Our coaches rotate programming on a structured cycle to ensure progressive overload and prevent plateaus. You will never walk into the same workout twice in a row, but every session builds on the last, creating a coherent training arc that drives measurable improvement over weeks and months.
